Following are some pre operative pictures.You may notice that the previous hair transplant clinic had.
-Placed 2-4 hair bunches right in the foremost hair line zone.
-Placed the grafts pointing in random and unnatural directions.
-Placed the grafts far apart. (Some as far as 1cm apart).

Repair strategy followed in Youngman's case mostly relied on placing lots of properly angulated follicular unit (fu) grafts in between the previous hair grafts.
