Please mention your specific requirements in the accompanying email. It would be helpful if you place a measuring scale next to your scalp while taking the pictures. It will help Dr. A assess the true extent of the hair loss.

Step2- After your initial consultation you will be required to book date for your procedure. The clinic will be able to inform the available dates by email and you can do a tentative booking.

Step3- You will be required to send an advance confirmation fee within 10 working days from the date you performed your tentative booking.

Example:
Mr. X did an online consultation on 01 Jan 05 and on 05 Jan 05 Mr. X decided to do a tentative booking for 01 May 05 for his procedure.
Then he is required to send an advance confirmation fee by 15 Jan 05.
The advance confirmation fee is USD 500/- or 10% of the total fee of the procedure, whichever is more.

If you want Dr. A’s Clinic will help you with your hotel bookings.
Please email at hairadvise101@yahoo.com in if you want the clinic staff to book hotel rooms in your name. Remember to mention the exact dates as well as the type of room you want booked.

Step6- If you are planning a body hair transplant do remember to shave off the proposed body donor areas 7 days prior to your date of procedure.

Step7- Please email the details of your flight as well as your hotel, 3-4 days before your date of arrival (at hairadvise101@yahoo.com).
That way the clinic staff will help ensure that staff will help ensure that staff from either the hotel or the clinic is waiting at the airport, along with their car, to receive you.
