Please do mention:
a. The person's/sender's name who has sent the wire transfer.
b. The name of the bank.
c. The country of origin.

2- Please also instruct your bank to include your name while performing the wire transfer.

3- Please enquire from the bank about the wire transfer fee. All wire transfer fee will be borne by the patient.
Therefore, the amount sent should be such that, on deduction of the wire transfer charges; the clinic receives
USD 500/- as least as advance fee.
