can hair transplant be done on any type of scalps??

am having a very oily scalp. i also had fungal infection on my scalp due to this condition of my scalp. i consulted a doctor in bangalore and was advised that i should shampoo my head everyday so as to counter this excessive oil production. and thats the only way to fight this fungal infection. am actually feeling a lot relieved by this. so my doubts are

is there any problem in doing HT in this type of scalp
after the procedure how long will it take to shampoo my hair
during that time will this infection create a problem
will this transplanted new hair be affected by the problem during ir after this period

I am presently residing in delhi. I started loosing hair and noticed it the first time at the age of around 20-21 yrs. I first noticed hair loss at age 23 mainly in the temporalregion and some thinning in the crown.

After reading an article in a Magzin on one of the mostrevered Doctors in the field of hair transplantation, at age 30 in the early2009, I decided to have my first HT. Unfortunately access to information was limited back then and without forums like this where you are able to gain valuable information and discuss your concerns with the doctors directly, I received plugs and mini grafts resulting in a terrible looking hairline. Finally i decided to go for FUHT for 2000 grafts. i already send u my photographs. Any seminar have you organised in mumbai. If Yes, please informed me.
