I am a 28 years old male suffering from a heriditary problem of hair loss at the frontal part of my scalp. I started losing my hair in the early age of 23-24. The hair loss is not very aggressive, yet it has receded the hairline.

I have been discussing with some doctors in the city, but so far I am not able to find a genuine doctor, as most of them are businessmen and treat the problems of their patients as an opportunity to make more money.

As I said that only the frontal part of my scalp is a concern, hence I just need some density and a slightly aggresive hairline. As a patient, I am ready to listen to all advices given by doctors, but I have got mixed advices from doctors about the number of grafts. Some said 1500, some said 2000, some said 2500. And their costs also varied.

One doctor (very aggressive while talking) was bald himself, and his way of talking was more of a shopkeeper.

Anyways, after all these experiences, I am a bit confused... Please help and advice, as I am a middle class family guy and the only earner for my family. I certainly don't wish to waste my hardearned money to some crook of a doctor. Expecting positive and genuine replies. Thanks
